Weyeve Return and Refund Policy

At Weyeve, we believe trust is built through fairness, honesty, and care. Every order — big or small — matters to us.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email hello@weyeve.com with photos.
We’ll review your message and provide a refund or replacement. In some cases, we may request a return for verification.
Non-Defective Returns
For items priced above $10, we accept returns for any reason — including change of mind or dissatisfaction.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost Items
If a tracked order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days.
We’ll review your case and may provide a refund or replacement once verified.
Lost items shipped with untracked free economy shipping are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Stickers and Low-Cost Items
For items priced under $10 (including stickers), we don’t require returns — they’re low-cost and made to order.
If you’re not happy for any reason — whether it didn’t arrive, wasn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind — we’ll do our best to make it right with a refund or replacement.
For orders shipped with free untracked economy shipping, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if delivery can’t be confirmed.
Just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll take care of it.
Mugs and Other Items
This policy applies to all current and future product categories.
For items priced above $10, returns are accepted if the item is in new and unused condition.
Special Sale Events & Discounted Items
All discounted items — including those purchased during sales, bundles, or mix-and-save promotions — are eligible for return or refund under our standard policy.
Only free items or products discounted by more than 70% are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defects.
This way, you can shop confidently, knowing your savings don’t limit your protection.
Return Instructions
To start a return or refund, email hello@weyeve.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) in question
- A short reason for the request (and photos if damaged)
We’ll reply within 3 business days to assist you.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 15 days from receipt for processing. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
