Return and Refund Policy

At Weyeve, we’re committed to providing a fair and flexible returns and refunds policy. Here’s what you need to know:

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@weyeve.com with photos. We’ll assess the case and may provide a refund or replacement. A return may be requested for verification.
  • Non-Defective Returns: For eligible items priced above $5, we accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or item not as expected. Simply contact us within the 30-day window. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Lost Items: For tracked orders that are marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days. We may request additional information or offer a refund or replacement based on the situation. Lost items shipped via untracked free economy shipping are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Stickers and Low-Cost Items

  • For items priced under $5 (including stickers), we do not accept returns, as they are low-cost and custom nature. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for tracked orders that are lost or defective.
  • Untracked free economy shipping does not qualify for refunds.

Mugs and Other Items

  • This policy applies to all current and future product categories, ensuring clarity for returns and refunds without listing specific item types.
  • For items priced above $5, we accept returns if the item is in new and unused condition.

Special Sale Events

  • Items purchased during special sale events with discounts over 30% are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except for defective or damaged items. Regular sales or discounts (up to 30%) remain eligible for standard return and refund terms.

Return Instructions

  • To return an item, please contact us at hello@weyeve.com for the return address and further instructions. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow 15 days from receipt of your return for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company (typically 7–10 business days).
