Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Weyeve, we’re committed to providing a smooth, clear, and customer-friendly shipping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. We’ll notify you if this applies.

Shipping Options

  • Free Economy Shipping is available on all orders over $1 (no tracking).
  • Free Tracked Shipping is available on orders over $20.
  • Optional Tracked Shipping can be selected for a flat rate of $3.95 for orders under $20.
  • Express Fast Delivery options are available for an extra fee. Exact pricing and availability depend on product and destination, and are shown during checkout.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery time may vary by destination and product. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • All times and dates given for delivery are in good faith but are estimates only.
  • From October 3 to January 22, a surcharge of $0.25 or $0.50 may apply to orders shipping to U.S. addresses, depending on product category.

Shipping Locations and Carriers

  • We offer various shipping options and may use different carriers to fulfill orders. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle shipping.
  • Shipping availability and costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses may be available—please contact us for details.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

  • We strive to use eco-friendly materials in our packaging.
  • Stickers and small items may be sent in recyclable or compostable mailers.

Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If delivery is delayed for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated date.
  • Weyeve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For untracked shipments, refunds or replacements are not available for lost items.
  • For tracked shipments, if your order is delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
